It's the difference between home glass that looks 'just-cleaned' for a month and glass that stays that way year-round, without you ever having to think about it.
01/04 ● FIRST - AT YOUR HOME
We bring a professional TDS meter to your property and measure exactly what your Gold Coast water is depositing onto your glass. You see the number, and you understand what it means for your home specifically.
● ON-SITEㆍLIVE MEASUREMENTㆍ TAKES ~3 MIN

02/04 ● SECOND - AROUND YOUR PROPERTY
We walk the full exterior of your home and assess each zone individually - pool splash areas, sprinkler runoff zones, Coastal exposure surfaces. Every high-risk area is identified and explained so you know exactly where the problem is coming from.
● FULL PERIMETER WALK ㆍ6-10 ZONES DOCUMENTED

03/04 ● THIRD - THE VERDICT
We tell you clearly and honestly exactly where your glass sits right now: maintainable, at risk, or heading towards restoration territory. No vague answers - a clear classification so you can make the right decision for your home.
● ONE OF THREE STAGESㆍ PLAIN ENGLISH EXPLANATION

04/04 ● FOURTH - YOURS TO KEEP
At the end of the visit, we leave you with a written condition report. Your home. Your glass. Your water reading. Your risk zones. Your recommended next step. Documented and yours to keep, regardless of what you decide to do next.
● EMAILED PDFㆍ YOURS TO KEEP

A normal window clean is step one, someone washes the glass and leaves, and the day after the salt air and hard water are straight back at it, so you're paying to start over next time.
We work to our Clean, Protect, Maintain System: first we clean the glass properly, then we protect it with ScrubbyShield (the protective blanket over the top) and after that we maintain it, so the protection stays and you don't have to lift a finger or remember to stay on top of it.
A normal clean stops at step one. We do all three, and at your Health Check we show you exactly how it works on your windows.
Think of it as a protective blanket for your glass, the same way a ceramic coating guards your car's paint, or a Band-Aid covers and guards a cut on your leg from the elements. Your windows are no different.
Out here, salt air and hard water sit on the glass and slowly etch and wear it down. ScrubbyShield seals it so it's protected from all that. We'll show you how it works on your own windows at the Health Check.
When we come out, we run your glass through an assessment built on four steps, so you walk away knowing its real condition, not a guess.
1) First, a TDS Mineral Exposure Reading measures the mineral load in your water that your glass is up against.
2) Then we walk your full exterior and assess each zone on its own: pool splash areas, sprinkler runoff, the surfaces facing the coast. Every spot at risk is pinpointed and explained, so you know exactly where the problem's coming from.
3) From there we classify the buildup stage, telling you clearly where your glass sits right now: maintainable, at risk, or heading towards restoration territory.
4) Then you get it all in a written condition summary, in plain English, so you're left with a clear picture of exactly where things stand.
Glass is more complicated than people realise. A generic window cleaner quotes you to clean the glass and leaves it there, with no plan in place to protect your home from restoration or replacement costs down the track.
A Health Check does the opposite: it gives you a clear, honest read on your own glass, the kind nobody ever bothered to explain, and puts the right contingencies in place to protect your home before small problems turn into expensive ones.
And if we both think ScrubbyShield could suit your place, we'll happily walk you through a few options, or point you in another direction.
Yes, completely free and no obligation.
With ONE Catch: we believe in giving value first. We want you to walk away knowing more about your glass than you ever have, because it's your home. You have every right to know.
From there, if you'd like to hear a couple of options we'd recommend as experts, we'll happily run you through them. And if it's not the right fit, we'll tell you.
We actually try to disqualify people, the same as we do with our applications, because forcing the glove on where it doesn't belong helps no one. Truth is, we're selective about who we take on, so not everyone's a fit, and that's alright.
All we ask is that you keep your questions clear and to the point, so we can honour your specialist's time.
They'll want to help as much as they can, but each appointment only has a set window before the next one, so being concise means you get the most out of yours.
That's exactly why getting in early matters. By the time damage shows, it's already set in, and that's when you're facing restoration or replacement.
Glass is porous, so it quietly deteriorates over time whether you can see it yet or not. Staying proactive, for homeowners who value taking care of their property, means protecting it before any damage has the chance to show, instead of reacting once it's too late.
That's the whole idea behind our Clean, Protect, Maintain system: keeping your glass protected and clean all year, not just a couple months after a wash.
Every one of our specialists has passed a police check and a full background check, and they're cleared before they ever set foot on your property.
We're fully insured. It's the same trusted crew each time, not a different face at the door.
Honestly, you'll probably end up offering them a cuppa.
The assessment itself takes 15 to 20 minutes. After that we walk you through what we found and the best next step for your home, so allow around 45 minutes all up, no rush. It's worth having the decision-maker there so we can go through it together, but there's nothing you need to prepare.
Woah, steady on, we're not homewreckers, behave ;)
We're not here to divorce you from your cleaner. Good ones are genuinely hard to find (trust me, I know!!), so if you've got one, hold onto them!
But if you're a little curious to get a full breakdown of your glass, have your TDS levels explained, and a proper risk assessment so you know exactly where your glass stands, then it might be worth a chat.
And if your cleaner already does all of that for you? Then don't come to us. You're already sorted, and we'd be the first to tell you.
Our clients just tend to like staying ahead of things, rather than finding out the hard way about something no one ever told them. So if that sounds like you, it might be worth a shot.
